Don't forget our craft evenings on Tuesdays
Tuesdays 8.00 to 9.00pm
Craft swop evenings
We are now hosting informal craft swop and share evenings on Tuesdays. The idea is to bring along your craft, knowledge or just ideas and meet others with similar interests. It should be a chance to get to know new people, share skills and maybe learn a new craft. No previous experience necessary. All welcome, just drop in. €5 per person per week.

Catching up
It's time to catch up on the last two weeks. All classes are up and running now, but with ten weeks until Easter there is still lots of time to join in. The 4 to 7 year olds are busy creating an undersea world which looks set to take over half the art room over the next two months, while Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is the theme for the 8 to 12 year olds. Still-Life and Creative Embroidery for adults and Parent and Toddler mornings are also continuing weekly.

Paul's animation party
We promised all at Paul's birthday party in December that we would post their animations here. All three were designed and made during the party, sorry it took so long to show them off.

Club Ardagh new year camp
We had two very enjoyable mornings with the children from the Club Ardagh new year camp at the beginning of January. They drew, painted, printed, cut and stuck and designed an undersea fabric wall hanging which is proudly on display in our art room for another few weeks if any one would like to call and see it. Here's some pictures of the work in progress:
New year, new classes
Somehow we've made it to the middle of January already and this is the first post of the new year. We have still ten weeks left in all our courses which run until Easter, so there is lots of time to join in. Here's a round up of pictures that didn't make it on to the blog in November and December as we were busy with Christmas events and other activities. Lots of new work will be featured here soon, so watch this space.
