Pride of Place

We are honoured to have been nominated for a Pride of Place Award for reaching out to the community through art. Over the last five years we have helped thousands of people of all ages and abilities find their creative side and it is great to see that recognised. Thanks go to Frank Horne and Longford County Council for the nomination. Last Thursday we were visited by two lovely judges who made us feel at ease as we told them what we do, showed the presentation below and gave them a tour. We were also joined by Council officials, friends, family and many of our regular attendees and we thank them for coming along and hope they enjoyed the morning celebrations. Congratulations and good luck to Ballinamuck village and Lus na Gréine, Granard who are also up for awards this year.
