Primary School programmes available Mondays to Fridays from September to June
As a centre of historical importance in an area of natural beauty, Ardagh has a lot to offer primary school children. We provide active, integrated learning experiences, in various areas of the curriculum, based on the collection and peaceful environment of Ardagh Heritage and Creativity Centre.
Each workshop is curriculum linked and
lasts for one to one and a half hours. All materials are included.

Special rates for primary school visits
as follows:
- €6 per person (groups of less than 10)
- €5 per person (groups of greater than 10)

Why not make a day of it?
Do two workshops on the same day to make the most of your visit.
For example: 10.30am to 12.00pm
Woodland Creations workshop, 12.00 to 12.30pm use our lunch room and
garden, 12.30pm to 2.00pm Alice in Wonderland workshop (Times can be
adjusted to your arrival time, mix and match workshops to suit your
group).
